Clean & Pink was established in 2010 by founder and entrepreneur Heather Donaho. She had identified a need in the Memphis area market to provide a “Good Housekeeping” type of approach to residential cleaning. She created the company’s motto that states “cleaning is a science not a chore” and worked hard to develop the policies and procedures that would allow the company to deliver quality service.
Heather started with a handful of houses, but it was not long before those clients started to refer Clean & Pink to others and the business started to grow. “Our clients are successful business owners and professionals with busy lives. They need a service they can depend on and trust, and we fill that void. We have a unique process that allows us to gain trust quickly and our clients appreciate our team’s professionalism” says Heather.
Lee Maddox met Heather in 2018 and when the opportunity presented itself to purchase the business from her, he did not hesitate. “I had some business dealings with Heather and really admired how she had started and grown a successful business. I knew she had developed a great business model and felt like I could maintain its success by running the business based on the same principles that she had developed.”
