Clean & Pink will provide relocation assistance for out-of-state residents. In-state residents, 100+ miles outside of Shelby County can apply for relocation mileage premium and relocation assistance. Positions at Clean & Pink require a formal application process (15 pages), criminal background check, finger printing, hair sample for drug test administration, urine test, and physical (by C&P healthcare provider). Your consent to a polygraph test at any time during employment or after separation from the company is appreciated. An employment background check to include social media sites will be administered and will be viewed as public knowledge. If you don’t want people to see it, don’t post it.

All positions, whether Cleaning or Administrative, require 1 week of field training. Field training entails cleaning job locations with a crew manager prior to taking over the applied position. You will be required to gain knowledge of the field positions. This is to gain knowledge of “The Clean & Pink Difference” and cohesiveness with business partners. All positions will pay based upon the interview process, application process and level of experience. Entry Level Positions start at 9/hr and go to 30/hr. An offer letter will be extended to salary positions.
