We hope everyone had a wonderful Valentine’s Day yesterday! Today, as part of our clean living we would like to inform you exactly how to keep all your roses you received yesterday fresh longer.
To do so, first cut the stem diagonally and only one to two inches from the bottom. You will need to trim them like this every few days. Many people read about sugar water and that’s ok too, but according to Pugh’s flowers keep those flowers in a cool spot not in direct sunlight. Replenish the vase with water and then add sprite not too much or sugar water. Now this is not what they do when I called to ask how to preserve the flowers. This was a suggestion by the attendant!
