We all have them….gross, stained pizza, cookie or bacon sheet pans that we can’t get clean. There are many hacks that work on some things and not on others. But sheet pans are basic. This has worked on every sheet pan in my house. On a clean surface and dry sheet pan, sprinkle (do not pour) baking soda on the surface of the sheet pan, showing transparency to the bottom of the pan. Using a spray bottle of vinegar, spray vinegar on the sheet pan wetting the baking soda powder and let stand for 15 minutes. Get a scouring pad or brush and go to work. Wipe off. Should look new. If not re- apply making sure the baking soda is wet with vinegar. The soda should not be loose to vinegar.
