For all the spring breakers out there, here is a way to stay hydrated while enjoying vacations and/or hanging out on the water. We all have learned that adding popular herbal options to water is a great way to hydrate. These herbals are things like lavender, chamomile, cranberry, spearmint, mint, lemon grass, ginger, green tea extract, hibiscus and more. But plain old unsweet tea with lemon is a grab and go solution and most all restaurants serve it. Some people add Vodka to unsweet tea, which some refer to as an Ice Pick. Drink responsibly.
