You can bring back the look of wood by using a bit of slightly warm olive oil to cover small scratches and water rings. All you need to do is to apply the oil with a soft cloth and then buff with a dry cloth. Make a good furniture polish to use weekly by mixing 1/4 cup olive oil, four tablespoons of distilled white vinegar, and two teaspoons of lemon juice. Place it in a spray bottle and give it a good shake before each use. Make sure to store this solution in the refrigerator.
